You can almost predict the weather by cameras arriving to film a fishing show. It never fails… Nate Berg and the gang from Babe Winkelman Productions have a history of bringing the worst conditions possible with them, but we also have a history of putting some good fish in the net… This July trip in 2015 was no different. Nate and I figured out a tough bite for walleyes and smallmouth during a nasty cold front and caught some exceptional fish despite the bad hand we were dealt. Just goes to show you… You won’t catch ’em if you’re sitting on the couch!
